Refund & Cancellation Policy
Dua Foundation values the trust of its donors and supporters. This policy outlines our approach regarding refunds and cancellations.
Donations
All donations made to Dua Foundation are voluntary.
Donations are generally non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical error during transaction
Any such request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
Donor name
Transaction ID
Date of donation
Reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Decision Authority
Dua Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request after due verification.
